No Refund Policy

Commissions

No refunds are offered after the commission process has started and payment has been received. If unsatisfied after the initial sketch of the commission, customers must let Rylee know they wish to discontinue the project. the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Art Prints

If an art print arrives damaged and the customer can provide photo evidence within 30 days of the delivery date, a replacement print will be sent. No exchanges or returns.
